Yes - awhile back and its easy but seamless. Otherwise, the platform is easy but just takes some tweaking.

Call customer service at Vistaprint- it probably depends on the pen or it may not have refills. :)

That is on your end... It does not have 2 step verification like bank website do, but all you have to do is make a secure password uncommon to other passwords you use

We did graduation invites and the were awesome! We put my daughters gradation pictures on the invitation the price was better than anywhere else! If you need them in a hurry - you would have to pay extra shipping is all. :)

I tried ordering wedding invites that the artwork only partially printed and the artwork came from them! I would not use them again. Then they only wanted to issue me a credit for future orders. Why would I want you to keep my money to screw up another order from you? I went through the hassle of doing a charge back! I had to run out and get them designed and printed again locally. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY PRINTING.

Vista Print printing is always professional grade, but usually the bottom end of that level. You'll tend to get better printing than you could from your laser printer at work, but you'll notice subtly quality inferiority compared to most other online printers - especially compared to those using offset, process printing.
